AnimalKind's mission is to end the unnecessary euthanasia of adoptable cats and dogs in North Carolina shelters.
Frank is a native of North Carolina and graduated from Millbrook High School in 1980. He went on to pursue his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at North Carolina State University and his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law. Frank served as a law clerk with the United States District Court, Middle District of North Carolina. He then worked as a lawyer with Maupin Taylor Ellis and Adams before becoming the co-founder of Millberg Gordon Stewart. Frank has also served on the board for Wake County Habitat for Humanity, Women’s Center of Wake County, and North Carolina State Engineering Foundation.

Internet publishing executive Brad Hill moved to Durham, NC from Princeton, NJ eight years ago with his wife (Ann Milam, also a board member) and two rescue dogs. Brad is currently the VP and Managing Editor of an Internet startup. Previously, he was a Vice President at AOL, managing a large portfolio of media properties. When not working, Brad is a classical pianist and composer.
